Registration Process
As a licensed facility, we follow a strict procedure for registering new dogs, in line with regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our premises:
- After making contact and requesting dates, we will arrange an initial meet & greet so we can get to know each other.
- Meet & Greet can be either at our premises or a neutral local location so we can walk, have a chat and see how you interact with your dog, and how they react to us.
- Dog Registration – this is thorough, and is required by our licence. We will confirm information on vaccinations, and any additional treatments required. We will profile your dog so we know it’s feeding, exercise and medical requirements, and any history or issues we need to be aware of. We will obtain consents for items such as off lead walking and being with other dogs, and we’ll also confirm vet and insurance information and run through our terms and conditions.
- Trial- we will have a day and/or overnight stay (this is chargeable) to ensure from both sides, that we are right for each other. Assuming all goes well we will book your dates in and arrange a deposit to confirm them.
